1. Paint fireplace interior (flat black only)
2. Clean fireplace cavities
3. Clean heat exchanger area

5. Remove and clean all logs

8. Clean and adjust pilot assembly

Service Calls: (Minimum Diagnostic Fee $179.99)
Service calls are assigned to a certified technician to troubleshoot the problems and go over options for service and repair.
There is a minimum diagnostic fee of $179.99 to have the technician come out… He’ll diagnose your fireplace to determine exactly what needs to be done. He’ll go over his recommendations with you and give you the exact price up front to do the recommended service and repair if necessary. If you have him do the recommended work while he’s there, the diagnostic fee will be waived, so you simply pay for the work that he does at that time. You will only pay the fee of $179.99 if work is refused. Our trucks are fully stocked with parts and most repairs can be completed same day.
